I was really disappointed with my recent experience with Vivobarefoot. After only two wears, my trainers started to fall apart — not what you’d expect from shoes at this price point. I contacted customer service multiple times through email and even got a couple of responses at first, but the issue was never resolved. Eventually, they stopped replying altogether. It feels like once they’ve acknowledged you once or twice, they just ignore you. To make matters worse, when I tried to comment about my experience on their Instagram posts, they actually blocked me from commenting by reporting my posts to Instagram. Instead of addressing the problem, they’ve silenced criticism.
