I just spent a LOT of money on some boots which were sent to me incredibly badly packaged with no order paperwork in the box of any kind. I have written to them about this over 10 times and the same only response I got was to tell me something that had nothing to do with the questions I sent them. $550 i spent and received ZERO customer service from this company.
