Only sent half of the tests ordered so in effect we paid double!! Didn’t answer any calls and when you are on hold the call is disconnected after 2hrs!!!!! Never answer emails. Never ever have I had such poor treatment from a UK company. BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES VIVO
