“Had first session of cryo 360 with Gemma who is adorable and now having my second. Very knowledgeable and explained procedures and so helpful with aftercare tips.
I've noticed results after my first session specially on the more stubborn areas, so can't wait to experience more.”
“The practitioner was lovely. The plasma eye life was all pain and no gain. Complete waste of time and the recovery was a lot longer they said. Lost earnings. My eyes were a mess for absolutely no reason. Significant redness and pain. Would not recommend. They said in the reply on TripAdvisor to recommend 2 procedures. I have capacity so would not put my self through that again. 0 gain this time. I paid extra for a better effect. Complete charlatans. They tried to get me to book another procedure but the clinic is only goid for self harm really. The pictures with good results habe had multiple and different procedures. It is misleading. I might talk to trading standards about it. I would recommend going to qualifed medical staff for consultitions. Surgery is the same down time and not much more in Poland or Turkey. Tasha was lovely but there is no way I would recommend this to anyone. It should be band in the uk. Asthetics clinics are stopping doing it because of the pain and recovery for so little gain. It is unethical.”

Since this review Vivo Clinic has changed to under new management, however, with the plasma treatment as it is non surgical it has always been stated that results are not guaranteed and can vary between individuals. Whilst we do have a very high success rate, outline in our Google and Trust Pilot reviews we are sad to hear that the results did not portray for yourself. In regards to the treatment itself it is the most invasive treatment offered and with that does come with it's side effects common in line with it.

“Helena is great, totally professional, kind and an expert in the treatments, I felt in such good hands and cared for, with everything explained and lots of chats from a to z, I was totally put at ease. First time having a HIFU was a challenge, not pain-free but hoping no pain no gain means the results will be worth it!
The stars are for Helena but also worth mentioning was the run up to the appointment, Rebecca has been a great support on the admin team throughout (there are others i havent remembered) as a long list of calls and waits and emails to secure the appointment, worth to mention, its not perfect but the experience on the day with Helena was wonderful and I'll be back.”

“Booked an appointment at Nottm which they cancelled & lied about the reason. Asked for a refund which they initially said that they couldn't do. Now waiting for the owner to approve. Not holding out much hope as I know it's their policy not to refund. Used them several years ago & they constantly cancelled appointments then. I was assured it was different now. Nothing has changed. Awful company with no customer service. You shouldn't have to fight to get your own money back.”

“Terrible experience very quick to take your money for treatment that when I went into clinic they couldn’t give me. Had they asked me the right questions then I wouldn’t have booked. I’ve complained and so far received no response or call back as I was promised. I have paid for treatment I haven’t had and I have asked for a refund. The clinic experience was also poor no drink offered left on my own the suction on the applicator for fat freezing kept falling off. Do your research before you hand over your cash”

“I had booked for four applicators Cryolipolysis ( 360 degree fat freezing ) treatment at VIVO clinic Nottingham on 10-11-2022. On arrival I noticed very poor interior decor of the treatment room. The equipment was substandard not up to date.Out of the two applicators only one was functioning. To cover three areas one by one each of 30 mts duration took in all 90mts to complete. The fourth area could not be completed as this applicator also stopped working. I had been to two other Private clinics in different cities previously . Both clinics had very modern high tech machines where one could use 4 applicators simultaneously. I called the VIVO and requested for refund. They failed to respond to my 2 Emails and 4 phone calls. Very unprofessional , uncurteous and dishonest scammers who did not even apologise. **NEVER NEVER VISIT VIVO CLINICS**. There are many much better clinics elsewhere. ( ** I DIDN'T RECEIVE ANY REFUND OR EVEN AN APOLOGY FROM VIVO**) Rajen”

“CAREFUL!! SCAMMERS!!
DO NOT USE! They will take your money and have no understanding of medical procedures because they are not doctors. I Visited the clinic in London today and was see by Laura Jenkinson! I had a couple of questions regarding the procedure but she was unable to answer any of them and then she became very angry and defensive and asked me to leave, clearly the concept of customer service is unknown for vivo clinic.
I then asked them to provide me with a refund however, they refused to refund me and they said that it is my fault that I felt uncomfortable and intimidated because Laura was not supposed to answer my questions because she can only do the procedure. I was not provided any further details of why the person doing the procedure cannot answer any questions about the procedure she is doing.
I have reported fraud and consumer rights abuse under section 75 of the consumer credit act.”

“Unfortunately I paid a fully treatment for Dublin clinic but they cancelled my appointment last week saying the machine was broken. Then they booked for today in Dublin not in UK and there was no nobody to attend me. Why did they book my appointment for today if they knew today they wouldn’t be working. The VIVO clinic is a serious clinic or is it a scammer clinic? They obligated me to pay fully treatment in advance but they didn’t give me the treatment yet in 15 days.”

Lyn did the most amazing job on my hair which was after 1 year of no cuts or professional colouring, a complete Shaggy Ranger - the difference has been transformational. I bought a New Client Full Head of Foils with Cut, Colour and Blowwave for $214, had to pay a bit extra for all my long hair ($45) but every cent was worth it.”
