Went to the nottingham clinic today paid in advance after treatment they requested an extra 89 pound off me terrible service will not be visiting again just keep your receipts

Previously Vivo Clinic offer discounted deals on Wowcher and Groupon, however, always offered discounted upgrade options in clinic which the above would have been. WDCMARKETS is a big scam, I invested a lot of money in this company and everything was going good until I said I wanted to withdraw and all my money was gone. I paid 240,000 Euros, they won’t allow me to withdraw any of my money out, I email them everyday, once you put money in, you can’t get it out. I finally was able to get my money back with the help of a recovery chargeback service done by (Brandonlinton268@gmail.com). His reliable chargeback firm, you can contact him if you need, He can help you get your life back like he did for me, I guess this information may be useful.

The practitioner was lovely. The plasma eye life was all pain and no gain. Complete waste of time and the recovery was a lot longer they said. Lost earnings. My eyes were a mess for absolutely no reason. Significant redness and pain. Would not recommend. They said in the reply on TripAdvisor to recommend 2 procedures. I have capacity so would not put my self through that again. 0 gain this time. I paid extra for a better effect. Complete charlatans. They tried to get me to book another procedure but the clinic is only goid for self harm really. The pictures with good results habe had multiple and different procedures. It is misleading. I might talk to trading standards about it. I would recommend going to qualifed medical staff for consultitions. Surgery is the same down time and not much more in Poland or Turkey. Tasha was lovely but there is no way I would recommend this to anyone. It should be band in the uk. Asthetics clinics are stopping doing it because of the pain and recovery for so little gain. It is unethical.

Since this review Vivo Clinic has changed to under new management, however, with the plasma treatment as it is non surgical it has always been stated that results are not guaranteed and can vary between individuals. Whilst we do have a very high success rate, outline in our Google and Trust Pilot reviews we are sad to hear that the results did not portray for yourself. In regards to the treatment itself it is the most invasive treatment offered and with that does come with it's side effects common in line with it. We now offer many other less invasive options so hopefully, we can invite you along in the future, however, in the meantime, check out our new website since the management change where you will find lots of amazing new deals internally. Booked an appointment at Nottm which they cancelled & lied about the reason. Asked for a refund which they initially said that they couldn't do. Now waiting for the owner to approve. Not holding out much hope as I know it's their policy not to refund. Used them several years ago & they constantly cancelled appointments then. I was assured it was different now. Nothing has changed. Awful company with no customer service. You shouldn't have to fight to get your own money back.

Terrible experience very quick to take your money for treatment that when I went into clinic they couldn’t give me. Had they asked me the right questions then I wouldn’t have booked. I’ve complained and so far received no response or call back as I was promised. I have paid for treatment I haven’t had and I have asked for a refund. The clinic experience was also poor no drink offered left on my own the suction on the applicator for fat freezing kept falling off. Do your research before you hand over your cash

I had booked for four applicators Cryolipolysis ( 360 degree fat freezing ) treatment at VIVO clinic Nottingham on 10-11-2022. On arrival I noticed very poor interior decor of the treatment room. The equipment was substandard not up to date.Out of the two applicators only one was functioning. To cover three areas one by one each of 30 mts duration took in all 90mts to complete. The fourth area could not be completed as this applicator also stopped working. I had been to two other Private clinics in different cities previously . Both clinics had very modern high tech machines where one could use 4 applicators simultaneously. I called the VIVO and requested for refund. They failed to respond to my 2 Emails and 4 phone calls. Very unprofessional , uncurteous and dishonest scammers who did not even apologise. **NEVER NEVER VISIT VIVO CLINICS**. There are many much better clinics elsewhere. ( ** I DIDN'T RECEIVE ANY REFUND OR EVEN AN APOLOGY FROM VIVO**) Rajen

CAREFUL!! SCAMMERS!! DO NOT USE! They will take your money and have no understanding of medical procedures because they are not doctors. I Visited the clinic in London today and was see by Laura Jenkinson! I had a couple of questions regarding the procedure but she was unable to answer any of them and then she became very angry and defensive and asked me to leave, clearly the concept of customer service is unknown for vivo clinic. I then asked them to provide me with a refund however, they refused to refund me and they said that it is my fault that I felt uncomfortable and intimidated because Laura was not supposed to answer my questions because she can only do the procedure. I was not provided any further details of why the person doing the procedure cannot answer any questions about the procedure she is doing. I have reported fraud and consumer rights abuse under section 75 of the consumer credit act.

Unfortunately I paid a fully treatment for Dublin clinic but they cancelled my appointment last week saying the machine was broken. Then they booked for today in Dublin not in UK and there was no nobody to attend me. Why did they book my appointment for today if they knew today they wouldn’t be working. The VIVO clinic is a serious clinic or is it a scammer clinic? They obligated me to pay fully treatment in advance but they didn’t give me the treatment yet in 15 days.

I bought a voucher on Pigsback for a facial, in Dublin. It expires in June although I only bought it in May! I am trying to get in touch to make an appointment but despite numerous mails and phone calls no one is ringing me back. How can I make an appointment when no one will talk to me??

after repatedly tyring to contact and my emails not being accepted i finally got thorough to someone a day after my 74 year old mothers test was supposed to happen, i stated amaericia do not need testing now and could i get a refund, they said no only a credit, said my parents would not be traveling abroad again due to ill heatlh and it was a one time trip only, still a no a credit only, do you take £100 plus pounds on a product that is not needed and no refund ?

Terrible experience, paid for same day test for my son, no result! Had an extremely stressful night, it’s 5:08 we are at Manchester airport and no result yet!!! I’ve been on the phone for 1 hour, answering machine says 24 hours line but no reply!!! Likely we will miss our flight because of no PCR result, we are fuming!!! Terrible experience

I am currently at Manchester Airport and it's 06:17 on the 31st of March. I too a PCR one day result test in Leeds at 10:45am yesterday AND STILL HAVEN'T received my same day test results. I rang at 22:50 and was told they'd arrive at 23:00. At 12:45 I rang for 38 minutes and wasn't answered by the supposed 24 hour service there for my peace of mind. Ha a stressful sleepless night followed by still no results!! Very poor service.

Be very careful when ordering products from this company. If you make any mistakes on your order, they will not entertain any refunds, even if the products have not been dispatched. I ordered home test kits from the internet and after realising my mistake tried to cancel an hour or so later. Maybe a no refund policy might be suitable if medical products have already been delivered, but in this case there is no reason to not help. Just sucks. They do call to offer to upgrade you to a much more expensive product or service. but unfortunately the email they provide to resolve any complaints is useless. They don't respond to that. Covid testing is stressful enough without added bad business practice. AVOID

"Full instructions provided" it says in the advert. No instructions provided when it arrived. A web site dedicated to just selling you a product, with no support or helpful information on it. Critical information, like upload url for photos not available anywhere, no instructions on what to do with the results. Seems the only focus is taking your money, then they're not interested in providing a usable service. Waste of time and money.

Ordered day 2 PCR tests last November,have received nothing but the occasional email saying it’s been escalated to higher management, which is a joke, I want my money back,they are are just a bunch of crooks, reported to BBC watchdog, if enough of you on here do that they will look into them

Scam company, take money for day 2 lateral flow test as a requirement for passenger locator forms…it’s been 1 month and absolutely nothing has even been sent. I emailed them twice, only 1 reply “You have not received your order would you like your tracking number?”…I asked for a refund as I’ve LEFT the U.K. already! I was there 2 weeks! Been and gone and essentially broke the law by not taking the test because this company didn’t even send it. By the sound of other reviews they are only taking money and not even shipping orders!

What a truly horrible company VIVO is. I booked and paid for 4 PCR tests when they were still required to enter the UK. Now that it’s no longer a requirement and it’s not necessary for us to take the tests, I politely asked for a refund, which is being refused. This is so much money that you are keeping without providing anything whatsoever in return. A credit good for two years is not going to do me much good since I live here in California. VIVO should be ashamed of themselves for ripping people off in such a blatant way. So shameful. Their usual response is that it’s in the terms and conditions that we agreed to and signed when we made the booking. That still does not justify keeping peoples money this way once the regulations changed in the UK. Other testing companies in the UK have agreed to do the right thing and refund customers. So should you.

Good morning, Our terms and conditions are clear regarding this. You need to accept that our medical services are non-refundable at the point of online checkout. Our tests cannot be refunded on the grounds of a change in regulations thus this is why the alternative of a credit note has been offered to you. Credit notes can be used by yourself or your friends/family so this is the best compromise we can offer at this moment in time. Regards, Vivo Customer Care Team.
