“Just sent a review complaining about having paid for a day 2 test for UK entry snd not having got the booking reference which is needed for the uK passenger locator form. I have received the email with the booking reference. It seems there was an issue with my spam filter, so Vivo did deliver. I am rating 3 stars because, in any case, the customer service is unaccesible and because I still will have to receive tha package”
