Booked an appointment at Nottm which they cancelled & lied about the reason. Asked for a refund which they initially said that they couldn't do. Now waiting for the owner to approve. Not holding out much hope as I know it's their policy not to refund. Used them several years ago & they constantly cancelled appointments then. I was assured it was different now. Nothing has changed. Awful company with no customer service. You shouldn't have to fight to get your own money back.
