Day 2 PCR arrived on day 5.
I suffered the same rubbish service provided by Vivo Cowboys as most of the reviewers here.
Can I suggest to customers that paid for services by credit card that in cases where costs were over £100 they can use a section 75 to claim a refund and in cases where costs were less than £100 they can request a charge back via their card provider. Good luck.
