Went to Vivo clinic Peterborough, the staff were shocking. From not all wearing PPE, asking for info to be entered manually via an uncleansed tablet and friends of staff coming into the room without facemasks.
Paid £50 for the privilege of this, then got to the airport and the staff on site entered the wrong test date on the certificate, so my test was invalid. Luckily had a fit to fly randox test which got me out of jail.
Emailed them to ask for a refund, heard nothing back a week later.
Shocking.
