I booked a test as it said it was in Newcastle but no where does it tell you where in Newcastle so I booked it at £85 for next day as my husband was travelling next day. When I got the email it told me where he had to go to my surprise it was 195 miles away . I live in Newcastle-under-Lyme and the place they wanted me to go is Newcastle-upon-Tyne. There is no way the journey can be made and it says I can't get my money back
