I booked a day 2 test for my family which was to be delivered 15th January, 2022. We called several times and sent mails but no solution. After the back and forth we bought another test from a more efficient and customer friendly company. Till date, 28th January, 2022 test is yet to be delivered. I asked for a refund but no response from vivo. It is unethical to take customers money and not deliver . I need my refund please for 4 test kit.
