They are refusing to give my refund as they were unable to deliver the product. Have sent many emails/ written on their secure messaging site/spoken with customer care. The answer every time is pl wait for two to three days and the refund will be given. It's over two and a half months. THE BIGGEST ONLINE FRAUD COMPANY.
