“It's a fraud company and seems sell old used products in name of genuine product for around 20% less price. I ordered APC RBC2 12v 7 AH - Original Replacement UPS-0 around two months back. They delivered used product. I raided multiple complains on their site, mail,whatapp , customer call . They promised for return , but it never fulfilled. I used it. to my surprise, it stopped working within a month. Same follow up , no result. They keep closing tickes. No response on phone and whatsapp.
DO NOT BUY anything from them”

I tried reaching out to their support team multiple times, even sent emails with pictures of the defective item, but received no response. To make matters worse, they have now switched off their phone, leaving me with no way to contact them.
