I placed an order on 27th May 2025, and the company kept falsely assuring me every day that the product would be delivered “today” or “tomorrow.” Finally, on 6th June, they said the product is out of stock and cancelled the order, promising a refund in 5–7 working days.
It’s now 18th June, and I still haven't received my refund. Every time I contact customer care, I get a different excuse – "wait 2 days", "wait 5 days". Just fake promises, no real support. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing service.
