You are changing the mobile nos./ WhatsApp third time since my order. This is not fair on part of you and not returning the money for more than one month 10 days.

Just raise the complain with your state cyber crime first and also raise it to national grievance portal & national cyber crime online.
I did the same and they called me and immediately refunded the money.
