Regret to inform you that your customer service staff on 7669839261 at 10:09 hours was very unprofessional in his talk & did not hear my complain properly, as he failed to answer my wrong delivery & damaged product issue and band the phone on my face, I did understand that your warehouse staffs are illiterate and has No knowledge of product delivery, now your customer staff also the same as illiterate & unprofessional behavior staff, how can you run the business with NO proper warehousing & poorest customer service??? Really very worst service from an organization with NO Rules & NO educated staffing!!! this will always leed to dissatisfactory customer satisfaction for ever!!!

I am really disgusted about VLE . Are you people delivering good material?
It wrote Fake on the box and delivered the wrong product.
I placed an order (order ID #761150) for Product Dell km117 wireless keyboard Mouse.
But I received old , used wired keyboard and wired mouse.
Looking for justice on this mistake.
I was believed that VLE (Village Level Entrepreneur) is doing good for people. That trust is broken now.
Please arrange a replacement with a good and correct product.
