I cancelled my order on 01 Feb 2024for refund of my money they cancelled my order an said that amount will be refunded on 13 Feb 2024 still they are not picking up my phone call and I am writing this review. Now this whole incidence I will put upto consumer forum.”

“On 24.01.2024, I placed the order online for “HP Desk Jet 3835 All-in-All Ink Advantage Wireless Printer ” by making full payment of Rs. 5999/- through net banking and received Order ID: #2822758. Neither Vle Bazaar delivered the product nor returned my paid money. Vle Bazaar is a fraud company and I am going to file criminal case against its director.”

“Looks like a fake Company set up only to take money from unsuspecting customers. Order placed worth Rs. 17,000 in December 2023, and no product received. Cancellation not done till January 2024, and refund sent for processing in mid January 2014. Till date no refund given. Now they say technical reason for not giving the refund.”

“VLE Bazaar is a fraud company. I had ordered a printer for which I had paid in advance. I kept following up for over a month, and apart for waiting for about 15-20 minutes for someone to come on the line, every time I got different reasons for delay for the item's delivery. Finally, I had to send to them a legal notice through an advocate (Rahuul Dhamija) when VLE finally refiuded my money. Advise people not to place any order on VLE Bazaar.”
“I bought a product which said there are two items in the package. But i got only one. I already made the unboxing video and forwarded to them the same. Firstly they don't reply on the mail or they don't acknowledge it. secondly when we call on their customer care, the GTA SAN ANDREAS game tone plays and then they answer. They always say what's the problem, upload a photo, to which i say i already sent a video to your mail, see that first. Then they say they will revert back in 24 hours which never happened. Everyday since 10 days i am calling them on regular basis but no help is given. Avoid such sites.

And then I called their customer service number several times they are telling me to hold your call till your number gets. Very frustrating! Waste of money.
