"Really bad website.\r\n\r\nOrdered 10 units of a headphone. No information about expected delivery date. When called, asked to call another number. The guy there told me that I can come pick it up he will send me the location. Location never received, the guy never texted on whatsapp. \r\n\r\nCame the day of delivery (That they said will be dispatched on), no information. No emails.\r\nCustomer care is always busy. Always. Finally got connected and the untrained customer agents told me the order will be dispatched next week. And finally asked to cancelled the order. Imagine, the seller asked to cancell the order.\r\n\r\nReally bad experience."

The product listing on the website says - \u201cAPC RBC2 12v 7 AH - Original Replacement UPS\u201d \r\n\r\nReceived used & dead batteries of two different makes in tattered packaging, torn at one end. It was shipped through Dehlivery.\r\n\r\nTotal fraud. Wish I had seen the reviews of so many aggrieved customers before ordering. \r\n\r\nI\u2019m contemplating lodging complaint in consumer court"
