“Really bad website.
Ordered 10 units of a headphone. No information about expected delivery date. When called, asked to call another number. The guy there told me that I can come pick it up he will send me the location. Location never received, the guy never texted on whatsapp.
Came the day of delivery (That they said will be dispatched on), no information. No emails.
Customer care is always busy. Always. Finally got connected and the untrained customer agents told me the order will be dispatched next week. And finally asked to cancelled the order. Imagine, the seller asked to cancell the order.
Really bad experience.”

“It's a fake company. I had cancelled my order but then also they delivered which I returned. Now waiting for the refund for past 3 months. Their customer service number is also fake as no one responds. Their web based complaint is not responsive. Totally avoid even if they are selling a product cheap”

The size supplied is 24.00cm x 36.00cm. It is too big for my 12" Laptop.
