“#UMQ-XJB-2EWXPoor Support Experience – Still Waiting for Resolution
I placed an order for a SanDisk Extreme Portable 1TB SSD and submitted all required documents after being told my support ticket was "resolved" — even though I hadn't yet provided the requested proof. I followed up with payment and order confirmation screenshots, and received an acknowledgment email promising a response within 24–48 hours. It’s been several days with no update or resolution. Very disappointing service.

“Fake ecommerce website, I paid an order for MI smart speakers and nothing happened even after chasing for more than 50 times and they continuously say that it will take 24 hours to revert.. no phone number no nothing to speak to them.. It's a fraud..”

Ordered 10 units of a headphone. No information about expected delivery date. When called, asked to call another number. The guy there told me that I can come pick it up he will send me the location. Location never received, the guy never texted on whatsapp.
Came the day of delivery (That they said will be dispatched on), no information. No emails.
Customer care is always busy. Always. Finally got connected and the untrained customer agents told me the order will be dispatched next week. And finally asked to cancelled the order. Imagine, the seller asked to cancell the order.
Really bad experience.”
