Biggest scam e-commerce website in India. Once you place an order, they will not even attempt to dispatch your order. After a few days, you will keep calling them for order cancellation and refund. After calling / emailing them 8-10 times, they will finally cancel the order. But then the next ordeal begins - Refund! I am yet to get any refund for an order which was originally placed more than 3 weeks back and was cancelled 10 days back. Further, the customer service executives will hang up on you. It is a FRAUD and needs to be banned altogether.
