Really bad website. Ordered 10 units of a headphone. No information about expected delivery date. When called, asked to call another number. The guy there told me that I can come pick it up he will send me the location. Location never received, the guy never texted on whatsapp. Came the day of delivery (That they said will be dispatched on), no information. No emails. Customer care is always busy. Always. Finally got connected and the untrained customer agents told me the order will be dispatched next week. And finally asked to cancelled the order. Imagine, the seller asked to cancell the order. Really bad experience.
