I am a Vodacom user since the early 90's, but.. there is always a but..
But to be honest!
Your network is below the minimum standard... I can't even use all my data.. due to 80% no network.. my wife with a 10 GIG data contract are having a surplus of 140 Gig..
This is causing a fustration in my business and a security risk.. during emergency.
1. The "bad" we pay for your LACK of ACCOUNTABILITY.. your lines are so busy with complaints it's a waist of time calling.
2. The "good" you receive towards agreement.. if people don't pay you cut the service and take legal action.
My conclusion;
VODACOM is absent ON DUTY....
With respect your network is worsening. Do I have the proof to make this statement..?
Yes, I stay in Mpumalanga within the same small town for 27 years.
VODACOM moved for HERO to ZERO
Many people in our area are waiting for contracts to end...
