I have already told you in my previous review that the administration
service from Vodacom is terrible. Under 0662210322 the contract has expired but not the debit order which is now debiting me with R6.33 for what??? Whatever it is for, I don't want it - ONLY CANCEL THE MONTHLY DEBIT ORDER. Is that too much to ask. It seems so as I got a standard message from Vodacom -which I replied to -asking in what connection so that they can get a'human' to contact me. Guess what - no further contact from Vodacom. Vodacom are only interested in sales and making money, not their customers. At the end of all your questions I am unable to submit this review
