1. It was logged under the wrong SP
2. Got an incorrect quote
3. No one picked this up everytime I followed up until this week
4. Still not sorted
5. And there is nothing they can do to help
6. Applied for an interim solution - they told me I can’t get that either.
I have been on the phone with Vodacom everyday for the past week more than twice a day but still nothing
