What terrible customer care. It should be customer Don't care. I'm having trouble with my router through vodacom. Talk about lack of professionalism!!! It was disgusting.. There was so much noise in the background that I could barely hear the agent. He couldn't hear me either. I even asked if he was working from home and he assured me he was in the office. I ended the call, hoping he'd call me back. That didn't happen. It's the first contract with Vodacom and will certainly be the last.
