Appalling service and A company is corrupt
My iPhone 13 was stolen and their insurer would not pay out.
They also kept harassing me to continue to pay the contract when they ha e illegally ignored my dispute to claim from insurance
My lawyer contacted them and still no response to resolve!
Do not insure your phone with them - use a broker!
