Excrutiating expierence, after 3 weeks of waiting for my new broadband activation, bombarded with calls while im at work saying that they are "looking" to activate it by a woman who barely speaks any english, reconfirming my personal info each time, being told i missed the installation appointment wich i didnt when i finally called to complain
, i decided im out. Absolutely disastrous customer service & time wasters. Lower cant get.
