“Their network tester and broadband speed test is false. Misleading info to the customer. Firstly I was given a broadband speed when my broadband wasn’t even connected over their network basically my Vodafone router was running over a previous house occupiers sky broadband?. And secondly the network coverage was false. In fact it’s so bad I can’t even use their own app. I took a photoshot showing their so called excellent coverage and my phones actual one bar signal strength.”

I am a more than 20 years customer of Vodafone and I never believed this can happen as all the pervious experiences were positive (but if you can check, last positive review is from ... 2020!!)
Effectively, the employees does not care about the clients. You record a complaint and they just ignore it until you have to decide if it's worth or not wasting time with it.
My "dedicated account specialist" ignored all my messages more than three weeks, putting me today, after almost one month in the position to close all my accounts with Vodafone.
All the emails sent to claims department (four of it) ended with the same result: "your complaint was forwarded to department manager and we will take care of it". And this is it, all they have done (if they did it).
So, it is up to you if you can accept such a mockery and ill treatment from them, after investing thousands of euros in this vendor.

“Absolutely horrendous! A customer of Vodafone for nearly 20 years, trying to get out of the contract has been horrendous! Contacted Vodafone two months prior to the contract end date to pre-empt and avoid any complications. Yet, still nothing but problems trying to get out of the contract. Paid in full up until the end of the term/contract then had to pay extra costs of £43 of which I was advised by 3 different operatives, not to worry I would get it refunded, only to receive a further bill of £13.16.. absolute crooks..
There is absolutely no point in trying to reason with these people I was put through to a so-called manager who was clearly just a yes man. It was like talking to a brick wall. It was “the computer says no “ attitude and clearly just tick box exercise, which is really insulting!
I was promised to refund, but given another bill . I would strongly recommend anybody to think twice before signing up and tying yourself into any kind of contract with Vodafone!
An awful, awful mobile phone company!
The reason I left Vodafone in the first place is because of their ridiculous charges and ever increasing charges mid term! My loyalty over 20 years, meant nothing.
I am now with another provider, which is half of what I’d been paying Vodafone, with a premium handset! And a promise of no increased charges midterm. ”

I made no such request or complaint but Vodafone won't tell me how or why these emails were generated”
