Automated customer support which doesn't solve your problem. They auto.enabke features which they charge you for. But try and cancel good luck through their automated ball sheet

Please avoid ,this company is far more trouble than its worth ,i Arranged a good contract with them,and a date for the engineer to call,took the day off work n he didn't turn up ,so spent 4 n half hours on their chat service, eventually got told they cancelled the contract and the engineer and put me on a more expensive one ,and didn't tell me ,ive complained and tried to cancel it ,so they said they would phone me ,they phoned me twice ,but only let it ring twice n cut the call off on the second ring ,so im struggling to cancel it cos they don't want to speak on the phone ,

I have been a Vodafone customer for over thirty years with my phone, and four years with my broadband, agreeing a new contract was a complete disaster, nothing happened I asked when I was going to be upgraded all I got was excuses after excuses this went on for months, so I finally decided to switch to a different company

The customer service person agreed that the phone service wasn't fit for use (it kept cutting out during our call) and our wifi is at best intermittent. She said there was nothing much they could do about it, maybe offer a discount! I explained that I needed a phone service that worked and asked to speak to the manager. She put me on hold to speak to the Manager... I am still on hold... 35 minutes and then the phone cut off. Absolutely disgusted

I recently encountered a series of unfortunate events with Vodafone's customer service that I feel compelled to share, aiming to help future customers make informed decisions. My experience across various aspects - customer service, pricing, delivery, returns, and refunds - was overwhelmingly negative, leading to a 0-star rating. Customer Service: My journey began with a simple query to the customer service team, which spiraled into a frustrating loop of unresponsiveness and inefficiency. Attempts to reach out for support were met with prolonged waiting times, and when I finally connected with representatives, the lack of empathy and unwillingness to resolve my issues was palpable. Price: While competitive pricing initially attracted me to Vodafone, the hidden fees and unexpected charges that later emerged tainted the perceived value. The lack of transparency regarding costs was disappointing. Delivery: My expectations for a smooth delivery process were quickly dashed by delays and a lack of communication from Vodafone. The anticipation of receiving my product turned into a test of patience and persistence. Returns & Refunds: Attempting to return a product and secure a refund was, perhaps, the most testing part of my experience. The process was convoluted, with unclear policies and procedures that seemed designed to discourage customers from pursuing their rights. In conclusion, my experience with Vodafone was far from what I had hoped for, characterized by a series of service failures that left me feeling neglected and frustrated. I would urge potential customers to carefully consider their options before committing to Vodafone. While every company can have an off day, consistent patterns of poor service and customer neglect are warning signs not to be ignored.

I have given Vodafone plenty of chances, I need the landline for hospital appointments and it keeps going down. Time to move on to a decent supplier.

Worst company I've ever had dealings with and if there was a zero star rating box, that's the one I'd press! Totally ineffective and inefficient and if you value your sanity then I would strongly suggest that you choose a different provider to vodafone. Seem incapable of being able to address, handle or indeed sort any problems which they themselves have created in the first instance. Passed from one to another with musical intervals in-between and after over 3 hours, still no satisfactory results. The level of incompetence is actually beyond belief! Don't normally write reviews but would hate anyone else to have to endure this sort of unnecessary stressful experience and it would appear from having now read other reviews that I am not alone with this viewpoint. Steer well clear as there will without a doubt be a more efficient service out there.

Have been with them for few years and one home switch has become my biggest mistake. They have made us suffer for last 45 days and still not resolved. First they sent the new router to old address and since there was no one to receive, the router was taken back which I was totally unaware of. The activation was delayed since there was no line at my new address. They sent an engineer after 4 days and he took two hours to install a new connection port and finally the internet started with the old router only to get disconnected completely just after 10 days since the new router/ broadband hub (which was never delivered) was returned and that meant my account was canceled and closed. Had to spend 2 hours on phone to find this out. Was told that I would have to wait till another 48 hours before I could place a new order. Finally got through with the new order after 2 days and was told that an engineer from openreach would be coming up to activate the connection. Luckily this time the router was delivered to the correct address and time but engineer decided not to turn up in the designated time slot. No update from the openreach to Vodafone about what happened and we are still without the internet. Pathetic service and absolute unprofessionalism from such a huge company.

Now unable to receive calls for 9 days. Local Vodafone store did their best by supplying new sim but this did not work. Advised to contact Vodafone direct. Have spoken to four different people all told me they would ring back but did not. Still trying to get sorted.

I am now without a mobile phone for 12 days. I tried to swap to an eSIM but they have cancelled my account and are unable to work out why the reconnection requests keep getting rejected. Until they reconnect me I can’t get a PAC code to leave. Lies, lies, lies, every day. 🤬

Visited the store in Broadway Bradford, my father was served by Will. He was absolutely brilliant, explained everything, took pride in his work, was friendly yet professional. On our second visit we needed help, Will remembered my father and helped him again. A superb service and would definitely recommend.

Terrible company. They failed to cancel a port request that was submitted in plenty of time, despite twice assuring me over the phone and over chat that it had been cancelled. I ended up losing my landline number that has been attached to my house for decades and is essential for a family member's wellbeing. There is no such thing as "customer service", just an endless loop of nonsense from people who have no idea what they are doing. Avoid this company like the plague!!!

Excrutiating expierence, after 3 weeks of waiting for my new broadband activation, bombarded with calls while im at work saying that they are "looking" to activate it by a woman who barely speaks any english, reconfirming my personal info each time, being told i missed the installation appointment wich i didnt when i finally called to complain , i decided im out. Absolutely disastrous customer service & time wasters. Lower cant get.

Shocking service , Vodafone have no real complaint processes in place , not intersted in resolving any issues just want to try and up sell you something you don’t need been a customer for 20 years , go to three much better service and don’t rip long term customers off

14 days and counting without Internet Spoke to at least 12 different advisor who read off a script ... still no Internet Absolutely shocking experience..if anyone thinking of going with Vodafone have a rethink ... 14hrs of phone calls all saying it'll be done by tomorrow unfortunately tomorrow is never coming!
