Very poor customer service. I was chasing up my refund for three months Avoid!

We are finally on the way to leaving this company after weeks of useless interaction, they seemed desperate to hold on to us. Avoid this 'organisation' at all costs.

Very bad services,I have received brand new faulty iPhone 16 pro on 20/09/2024 and till today 7/10/2024 vodafone can't provide me replacement device !and already billing me for deposit and monthly costs was deducted form my bank account .Have contacted financial ombudsman services regarding this issues !Avoid this company !!!!!

You call from Italy and someone unable to articulate Italian reply from another country and treat you so rudely you can t even find a solution to your request aka an error that made !!! More than this …

I am told by Vodafone that when a customer upgrades their broadband they always receive 2 emails the first of which says they are responding to a request to bar adult content and the second which says they are responding to a complaint about the wi-fi booster. I made no such request or complaint but Vodafone won't tell me how or why these emails were generated

Decided, due to rising prices with my current provider SKY to switch to Vodafone broadband. Purchased my internet package on the 28/08/24 via Vodafone website. Booked a days holiday via work for the Installation to take place on the 19/09/24 so that I would be home for the full day. I received numerous notifications regarding the installation date, letting me know that the engineer would be arriving between 13:00 and 18:00. Stayed home all day, no engineer attended to install. No notification that they would not be coming, no call, text, email nothing. Telephoned Vodafone today, 20/09/24 automated service, the only way I could get through to Vodafone complaints was to pretend that I wanted an upgrade! Straight through to a human then as they thought I was going to spend more money with them. I dealt with 2 very helpful call handlers, Luke and the Depack. They did their best to try and resolve this problem, however, I was told that an engineer would not be calling today to install and that I would have to wait another week for this to be installed I explained that I only had yesterday left as a days holiday via my work and that today I have had to take one days unpaid leave to try and get this installed or sort it out. They kept offering me the 25th which is a Friday and I am at work and there is no way that I can take this day off, to try and get this installed. I have told them that my only window for an engineer to visit is either the afternoon on the 23rd of September or afternoon on the 24th of September he kept saying that the earliest that they could do was the 25th. I’ve told them this cannot happen apart from the fact that I am going to be without the Internet for a week I do not have any more holiday allowance left to take from work and I have had to take unpaid leave for today, although they have offered me £30 compensation me taking the day off as unpaid leave has cost me a further £70. I do not recommend Vodafone. I have been told that a manager will call me later but do not use this company , it started off well but very rapidly went downhill. I do not recommend.

We are finally leaving Vodafone as we cannot tolerate the level of service any longer. They are an appalling company in all respects, they promise to call back or text, nothing happens, it is a catalogue of disaster. I really don't know how this joke of a company is allowed to practice in the U.K. We are looking forward to dealing with a decent provider.

Worst telecommunications company ever! Wouldn't let me cancel my phone contract after the time was up. Told lies about they hadn't received cancellation. Had extra months out of me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

We have been fighting with Vodafone since February, first there was no internet, then we called them and they sent the settings again, the internet worked for 10 minutes and then it was gone again. We called Vodafone again to send us an engineer to see what was wrong and to no avail, we never waited for someone to send a person to check what was wrong or send a new router. No response. So we stopped paying for the service. We signed a new contract with Sky. I will never go back to Vodafone. The worst company that can be in the UK. First they do not provide internet and then they make you pay for the service.

Mobile Wifi doesn't work as sold. It has little range even in the same room. Customer service approach is to threaten cancellation fees repeatedly. Avoid.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced, it sounded like they were working from home with very poor signal. We signed up as new broadband customers, received a confirmation and welcome email. We waited in on the allocated installation day (taken a day off work to do so) and no engineer showed up. After calling the so called customer service, we were told that we failed their checks with zero explanation why. What's worse is we had no communication about this, only confirmation of the installation day. We are spending our money at Virgin and will not recommend Vodaphone to anyone.

The initial enquiry went well, with an assistant with good communication skills. I was then passed to another assistant who's English was reasonably good, however, there were long gaps on the conversation and I could hear deep breaths and eventually the guy started snoring. Unbelievable.

Disgustingly bad customer service, when you ask to speak to complaints, you get challenged on why and then they hang up the call!! I had ordered a broadband, waited 15 days only to find out my order was cancelled (I was not notified) I now want to go back to 02 and cancel my contract

Vodafone's service is truly disappointing on multiple fronts, making it hard to recommend to anyone who values reliability and customer support. The network coverage is spotty at best, with frequent dropouts and dead zones even in urban areas where you'd expect strong signals. Trying to make a simple phone call or access mobile data often feels like a gamble. Their customer service is equally frustrating. Most useless network ever! Please steer clear if you don’t want to have problems! Their customer service is so rude, useless and no helpful! I had no service in many days and what they did was just wasted my time, took my money and provide no service whatsoever!!!

Had Vodafone broadband installed on Thursday. Spent 2 hours on their chat function trying to get the booster they provided working and trying to get their app to work. Neither resolved. Gave up after 2 hours. Saturday visited a Vodafone store and limited what they could do. Sunday afternoon, 3 phone calls and in total over 3 hours on calls, app still won't work, solution is to send me another booster and the best bit sent a bill for £39 for 3 days? Worst customer experience service. Hope their new CEO Max Taylor does something to improve the service as he is focused on '...with a renewed focus on the customer experience'.
