We have been fighting with Vodafone since February, first there was no internet, then we called them and they sent the settings again, the internet worked for 10 minutes and then it was gone again. We called Vodafone again to send us an engineer to see what was wrong and to no avail, we never waited for someone to send a person to check what was wrong or send a new router. No response. So we stopped paying for the service. We signed a new contract with Sky. I will never go back to Vodafone. The worst company that can be in the UK. First they do not provide internet and then they make you pay for the service.
