Last month, I had a pending amount of QR.250, which I settled promptly by the end of the month. However, I have been charged the same amount again in the current billing cycle.
I am disappointed with the level of service I have received, as my attempts to seek clarification through phone calls have been unsuccessful. Furthermore, I encountered problems when I tried to switch from a prepaid to a postpaid SIM, as your team requested an additional payment of QR.100.
