On 19th May Tuesday Openreach came and removed copper wire replaced with a fibre wire and fibre Vodafone broadband router However since that date despite endless Vodafone calls they have still not activated the broadband router The contract is utterly despairing and for a major company would put me off using this appalling service We can't find out why the router is not yet activated Been a Vodafone customer many years with two accounts now looking elsewhere.
