Utterly useless Twitter 'help'. Go round in canned response circles with ever-changing staff who totally understand your concerns of course, but won't or can't do anything meaningful about them. Then want to know how well they did. And a ridiculous number of 'security' hurdles - it's not a bank account - just to get try to them to stop harassing me with communications about a broadband upgrade I didn't need, want, or even request. Madness.
