Worst company I've ever had dealings with and if there was a zero star rating box, that's the one I'd press! Totally ineffective and inefficient and if you value your sanity then I would strongly suggest that you choose a different provider to vodafone. Seem incapable of being able to address, handle or indeed sort any problems which they themselves have created in the first instance. Passed from one to another with musical intervals in-between and after over 3 hours, still no satisfactory results. The level of incompetence is actually beyond belief! Don't normally write reviews but would hate anyone else to have to endure this sort of unnecessary stressful experience and it would appear from having now read other reviews that I am not alone with this viewpoint. Steer well clear as there will without a doubt be a more efficient service out there.
