I am extremely disappointed with Vodafone's service. I had a broadband contract with them in 2022. After moving houses and the contract ending, I discovered unauthorized charges on my bank account despite having fully settled my dues. There was no communication or notification about these charges.
When I contacted customer support to resolve the issue, they refused to help because I couldn't remember a security question. This lack of assistance and poor customer service is unacceptable. I would not recommend Vodafone to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy service.
