I just wanted to cancel the I watch add on subscription from my phone plan and you cannot belief how difficult they make it. Difficult to find on app.. then when you do you have to secure sign into your plan. Then it tells you that to conduct that request I have to phone customer services by phone! The vectoring system then could not understand my my request. I am not sitting in a queue for the phone to be answered long enough to write this and no sign of how long it will take. All to amend my plan…new provider coming at next renewal methinks
