I would give zero stars if I could. I’ve spent four and half hours today going round in circles trying to connect my broadband with a video doorbell while using their ChatBot. Got told it was a password issue, the agent wouldn’t read screenshots and kept giving the wrong advice, got kicked out of the internet, eventually got back in and was given exactly the same the wrong advice again, got told it’d take 30 mins to resolve which became 18 days (!) then 7, got the manager who clearly didn’t know what was going on and gave the same wrong advice a third time. Had to do a school run and give up. Am waiting to hear from an official complaint which will go nowhere. I’ve experienced as much bad customer service as the next person, this is the very worst. I believe they deliberately make it hard so you give up and they don’t then have to do anything.
