Useless company - just stole almost £100 from me under threat that they will continue to charge if I don't for a contract that I terminated (after over 2 years) in March 2015. They are a disgrace. Looking for loopholes. Incompetent unhelpful staff.
Avoid this company - go to O2 - they are much better despite the annoying cat.
