I'm a business client and the support I have (not) received from Vodafone was the worst customer service experience I have ever received. Hands down.
The mobile network itself works well when it does work but if you have any issues and need to contact them you are in for a ride. There is no escalation process and if it isn't an easy fix they will be happy for you to be out of service for a week!
My feedback here is not based on one occasion
Also, my recent upgrade took way over a month to be delivered. They only pushed it when I chased over the phone.
If you run a small business avoid Vodafone to save yourself a lot of headaches down the line.
