I subscribed to a DSL package at Vodafone.de in Germany:
1. they added me a flat rate from a mobile I never had and paid for 3 years.
2. I asked them to stop everything after I left the country. They continue to harass me by sending me bills of hundreds of euros. They are unreachable on the phone from abroad and even though, nobody speaks English. I call it theft. Some employees take advantage of the fact that foreigners don't speak German.
I advise you to be very careful with them.
