I found years of fraud that had gone undetected until I finally discovered it whilst looking at strangely high bills. After almost 2 hours trying to sort it they finally agreed to do something about it. Roll on next day and without warning whilst travelling to a meeting find my phone has been cut off. Can't make meeting and have to travel a long way without a phone. Finally get home and on wifi to try and sort it and they say there is nothing i can do as it's with the fraud team! Awful service. no help offered and too long to get anywhere!
