Worst provider by far! Finally leaving them! I have never seen my £20 credit for being wrongfully overcharged despite receiving two confirmation on my phone the credit will be applied towards my next bill, so where is it Vodafone? Do I need to call for the third time to receive another useless message from a useless provider? I guess you need the money more than I do, soon to be bankrupt with such a "great" customer service, Vodafone App which never works and you are always "working on it". Not even 1.3* here, shame on you! So many disappointed customers. Fraud!
