Vodafone has to be one of the worst companies in existence. I wish I had come across these reviews prior to me signing up for home broadband. From engineers being booked in to come to install and no one turning up with 0 apologies, to the truly awful call centre wait time. Its been months just trying to get this resolved and no one there is interested in their customers.
If you care about your mental health and value your time, STAY AWAY FROM VODAFONE. You have been warned !!!
