Besides the constant internet outages and lies they tell you over the phone, they use predatory practices. Their customer service requires you to wait for hours on end and you have to pay for every single minute you wait, worst company I've had the displeasure of being in business with. Never again will I use their overpriced and bad services. Hope they go bankrupt.
