Modern day theives. I cancelled my contract back in August 2020 as I switched to better providers. I paid my last bill of which I have proof and I have just received a letter from debt collectors saying I owe them money. Customer service and complaints department were rude and wouldn't even listen to me/understand my English accent so I just paid it off as I have more important things in my life. Just avoid vodafone forever.
P.s if you ever join vodafone and then decide to leave you will get bombarded with spam calls, emails and texts.
