After dealing with EE and Plusnet for a few years now, I didnt realise old school awful service from telecoms companies still existed.
Vodafone have corrected my assumptions.
I have stupidly purchased their completely useless Neo Kids Watch which simply doesn't work. At present it is impossible to get in touch with them to resolve the issue.
This is going to be hours before they resolve, argh it reminds me of BT in the 90's.
