Absolutely disgusting customer service.. I have been trying to cancel my dad's contract for a few months now due to the fact he has no signal where he lives.. He has had 2 falls and not been able to get hold of me because of no signal!
Vodaphone want me to pay the cancellation fee for this £9pm sim only, When I got the contract in store they assured me the signal was great in his area - they have since admitted that the signal is very poor in his area!
I have informed them of his falls and that he is vulnerable, I told them he wasn't able to call me but the lady I spoke to today said - and I quote 'I'm sure he'll be fine' 😡
Someone was supposed to call me back last week (no one did) and apparently the manager is calling me today to discuss this! I'm not holding my breath...
I do have another sim card for dad but #vodafone won't give me a pac code without me paying the rest of the contract!
I think we deserve compensation for the way we have been treated and I refuse to pay the remaining amount as this is not our fault..
My advice is stay away from Vodafone
