Trying to upgrade my phone impossible via the website.
Live chat with an "advisor" to spend more fruitless minutes waiting to be replied to.
Telephoning them only to get an automated message informing me someone will ring back.They did 2 rings and no one on the other end.
Think I will wind down the contract (2 phone lines) and go with someone else who wants my business.
