There are so many terrible reviews for Vodafone that I'm sure they have given up on trying to address them in any meaningful way. They're just relying on the fact that new customers will care more about the deals they are offering than the reviews which demonstrate their inability to provide what they are offering. I took on a contract thinking that Id be ok because if there were any problems I could cancel it in the 14 day cooling off period. There was a problem and I did cancel it. But Vodafone reinstated it against my wishes and now I'm being billed for an inactive number. Call centre staff drop calls, divert them and do anything to avoid the issue going to a manager. I've never been able to speak to a manager. I believe there is a paddock behind Vodafone HQ where they graze like anxious unicorns in ill-fitting high street branded suits.
