Vodafone are the most dreadful company I have ever had to deal with. Someone has cloned my account and I am in the U.S. For a couple of months and no one can help me and then they have hung up on me after being on hold for two hours trying to sort out more mistakes that someone has made on my account. I have worked in the service industry and can not believe they can get away with treating people like this.
I would avoid them at all costs your sanity is more important than a mobile phone.
